Before writing a single line of code, we spent 20+ years operating a global field service and logistics business–dispatching techs, managing deliveries, partnering with retailers like Best Buy, Whirlpool, GE, Pacific Sales, Samsung and Home Depot, and navigating the everyday chaos that comes with it.

That experience led to the creation of Etteo, our parent company, and its flagship platform, LogistixAI. Also part of Etteo, ServiceIT powers our nationwide technician network, enabling seamless execution of field operations.

Together, we deliver an end-to-end solution from intelligent dispatching to on-the-ground service execution, designed to simplify and scale field operations.

Our founders spent over 20 years building a global field services company, partnering with leading retailers like Best Buy, Whirlpool, GE, Pacific Sales, Samsung and Home Depot. They saw firsthand how inefficient systems stalled growth, burned out teams, and created more noise than clarity. That experience shaped everything about how we built LogistixAI–from the workflows and dashboards to the way we partner with clients. This isn’t software built in isolation. It’s built from the inside out, shaped by the people doing the work.

With 30+ years in delivery and in-home service leadership, Steve Gordon has worked with brands like Best Buy, Whirlpool, Lowe’s, and Home Depot. As former CEO of Optima Service Solutions, he led the largest diversified delivery and service company in the U.S., and later developed a premium home delivery software platform acquired by XPO. At logistixAI, Steve drives strategic growth, blending operational expertise with technology innovation to redefine service and logistics management.

Glenn Lebowitz

Director & Co-Founder

A serial entrepreneur with 40+ years of business-building experience, Glenn Lebowitz has founded, scaled, and sold companies in marketing and service, including Optima Direct to Omnicom. Known for his go-to-market strategy expertise, Glenn shapes logistixAI’s growth, partnerships, and expansion plans, ensuring the company remains agile, competitive, and positioned for long-term impact.

Chief Technology Officer

Andrew Evans architects the innovation behind logistixAI’s configurable, AI-driven field service platform. With deep experience in both technology leadership and hands-on development, he has delivered enterprise-scale solutions for Coca-Cola, Home Depot, and Best Buy. Andrew blends technical mastery with business strategy to create tools that boost efficiency, cut costs, and elevate customer satisfaction—today and in the future.

With 25+ years in finance and operations, Todd Bomser has guided companies from startup to Fortune 500, leading capital raises, scaling growth, and executing strategic exits. He’s held senior roles including CFO for North America and Europe, VP & Corporate Controller, and Head of Investor Relations.
