✅ Contractor Compliance & Document Management — Overhauled
Staying compliant just became a whole lot easier.
Managing time-sensitive documentation across hundreds—or thousands—of contractors can be overwhelming. That’s why we’ve reengineered our compliance system to keep your teams informed, organized, and audit-ready.
What’s new:
- New “Compliance” User Group: Super Admins and Admins can now assign any team member to a special Compliance group. These users will receive automated in-app alerts and email notifications related to contractor compliance issues.
- Proactive Expiration Notifications: We now send automated alerts when a critical document is set to expire—at 60, 30, 15, 10, 5, and 1 day(s) before. Both the contractor and your compliance team are notified, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Archive & Replace Documents Seamlessly: Super Admins can now replace expired or outdated documents on behalf of contractors. Previous versions are archived in the new Inactive Onboarding Documents tab—preserving full compliance history.

Contractors can now request new market coverage directly from their profile. You’ll receive a real-time approval request and can review and approve the addition within a few clicks.
