We’re excited to announce several new improvements to the logistixAI platform, designed to enhance efficiency and streamline your workflow.
1. Bulk Order Assignment
The new Bulk Order Assignment feature allows you to assign and schedule multiple orders to service providers directly from the user interface—eliminating the need to assign orders one by one.
How It Works:
Search for Orders
- Use dropdown filters to search by State, Market, and Line of Business.
- Optionally refine results by selecting an Order Source and specifying an Order Creation Date Range.
Select Orders
- Check the boxes next to the orders you want to assign.
- Use the “Select All” checkbox to assign all displayed orders at once.
Assign Orders
- Click “+ Assign” and choose a Service Provider.
- Optionally, set a Scheduled Date for the jobs.
- Coming Soon: You’ll soon have the ability to assign jobs directly to a specific technician during this process.

2. Rate Table Support for 1099 Contracting Companies
We now offer platform-wide support for Rate Table configuration for your 1099 workforce.
This feature allows you to configure multiple rates for each contractor within the Network tab.
You can set rates based on:
- Order Source/Client (e.g., Coca-Cola, Home Depot)
- Service Type (e.g., Preventative Maintenance, Appliance Installation)
- Market (e.g., California, Oregon)
- Rate Type (Percentage or Flat Dollar Amount)
Example:
- If PacWest Installations completes a Preventative Maintenance order from Coca-Cola in California, they will be paid 30%.
- If they complete an Appliance Installation order from Home Depot in Oregon, they will receive a flat $120.00.

3. Last Assigned Field
logistixAI now captures the Date and Time of the last job assignment to a service provider.
This new timestamp provides greater visibility into the job lifecycle, tracking:
- Order Creation
- Order Assignment
- Service Provider Scheduling
- Scheduled Job Date
- Technician Arrival & Departure
- Job Completion

4. “Time” is now “Job Duration” in the Order UI
To improve clarity, we have updated the term “Time” to “Job Duration” in the order interface.
This change helps ensure users clearly understand the expected duration of a job rather than misinterpreting the field.

We’re not stopping here—these recent enhancements are laying the groundwork for even more powerful features:
Intelligent Auto-Assignment of Orders
The new Auto-Assignment feature will intelligently assign orders to the right service provider at the right cost.
This feature is especially beneficial for large-scale operations where orders flow in automatically from external clients.
Assignments will be based on multiple parameters, including Rate Tables, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
New & Improved Financial Tab in Orders
We’re updating the Financial Tab within every order to provide deeper financial insights.
The new tab will include:
- Revenue Details
- Service Provider Expenses
- Profit Summaries
Thanks to the Rate Table enhancement, every order will soon be able to automatically calculate revenue, expenses, and profit with little to no manual input.
